We encourage all prospective families to arrange a visit before registering. A personal tour gives you the opportunity to explore our welcoming learning environments, meet our experienced and caring team, and discover how your child will learn, play and grow with us each day.
During your visit, you'll be able to explore both our indoor and outdoor learning spaces, see the exciting activities our children enjoy, and ask any questions about our curriculum, routines, childcare options or funding. We want you to leave feeling informed, reassured and confident that you've found the right nursery for your family.

Registering Your Child
If after your visit you decide we're the right nursery for your family, securing your child's place is straightforward. Simply complete our registration and funding forms and pay a deposit. This deposit will be deducted from your first month's invoice.
As nursery places can fill quickly, we recommend confirming your booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Helping Your Child Settle In
Every child is unique, and we understand that starting nursery is a big milestone for both children and parents. Our settling-in process is carefully designed to help your child feel safe, secure and confident as they become familiar with their new surroundings.
Once your child's place has been confirmed, we'll arrange settling in sessions before their official start date. These visits allow your child to build relationships with their key practitioners, explore the nursery environment at their own pace and gradually become comfortable with their new routine.
The first session is attended together with a parent or carer. During this visit we'll complete an "All About Me" profile, giving us valuable information about your child's routines, interests, favourite activities, comforters, medical needs and anything else that helps us provide the very best care.
The second session usually involves your child spending a short period independently with our team, giving them the opportunity to begin building confidence while we get to know them even better.
When your child starts their regular sessions, our practitioners will provide a full handover at collection, sharing how their day has gone and answering any questions you may have.
We recognise that every child settles differently, so we're always happy to arrange additional settling sessions whenever needed to ensure the transition into nursery is a positive experience.
Staying Connected With Famly
We know how reassuring it is to know what your child has been doing during their day, which is why we use Famly, a secure parent communication app designed specifically for early years settings.
Family helps you stay connected with your child's nursery experience wherever you are. Throughout the day you'll receive updates, photographs and observations, allowing you to share in those special moments and celebrate your child's achievements.
The app also keeps all your important nursery information in one convenient place. You can communicate directly with your child's nursery team, receive news and announcements, and view information about meals, sleep times, nappy changes, toileting and daily routines.
As your child develops, we'll regularly share observations showing their progress, we also hold bi-annual progress meetings with parents and carers to highlight your child’s next steps in their learning and suggesting simple activities you can enjoy together at home to continue to support their development.
When your family joins us, we'll help you get set up on Family, so you'll be ready to receive updates from your child's very first day.
Nursery Fees and Childcare Funding
We aim to make high-quality childcare as accessible as possible for families. Our nurseries offer government-funded childcare places, subject to eligibility and availability. We also accept Tax-Free Childcare, Childcare Grants and Universal Credit childcare support.

Enriching Every Child's Experience
Learning extends far beyond the nursery walls. Throughout the year we provide a wide range of enriching experiences that encourage children to explore their local community, develop confidence and gain a greater understanding of the world around them.
Our children regularly enjoy opportunities to visit local residential care homes, helping to build meaningful intergenerational relationships, as well as visits to places of worship, community events and seasonal celebrations. We also mark occasions such as Remembrance Day and celebrate the many cultures represented within our nursery community through engaging activities and events.
Families are an important part of nursery life too, and we regularly invite parents and carers to join us for Play and Stay sessions and other special events throughout the year.
These experiences inspire curiosity, build confidence and create lasting memories while supporting children's personal, social and emotional development.
