Wolstanton Kindergarten

Wolstanton Kindergarten has been providing high-quality childcare and early years education from The Old School House for more than 30 years. As the first kindergarten acquired by Natasha Richards in 2012, the nursery has built a strong reputation for delivering a caring, supportive, and enriching environment where children can learn, develop, and flourish.
As a smaller setting, Wolstanton Kindergarten offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, caring for up to 25 children each day. Dedicated rooms for babies, toddlers, two to three-year-olds, and pre-school children ensure that every child receives age-appropriate care and learning opportunities tailored to their stage of development.
We also provide before and after school club care for children up to the age of 11, supporting local families with flexible childcare options. The kindergarten maintains strong links with primary schools throughout the Wolstanton area, helping children make a smooth and confident transition into school.
Outdoor play is an important part of the daily routine, with children enjoying regular access to our secure enclosed garden. These outdoor experiences encourage physical development, imaginative play, exploration, and social interaction, while supporting children’s overall wellbeing.
All meals are freshly prepared on-site each day by our Catering Manager, ensuring children enjoy nutritious and balanced food throughout their time with us. Our dedicated team is committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.
Funded places are available for eligible children from the term after they turn 9 months old until they reach 5 years of age.

“Welcome to Wolstanton Kindergarten.
I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of a nursery where children and families are truly at the heart of everything we do. Our dedicated team provides high-quality childcare and an educational approach that supports children to become confident, independent and enthusiastic learners.
Our smaller nursery environment allows us to build strong, meaningful relationships with every child and family. We take the time to understand each child's individual personality and interests, creating a caring and supportive place where children feel happy and secure.
We believe outdoor play is an essential part of every child's day, providing opportunities for children to explore, discover and develop through hands-on experiences.
I would love to welcome you to Wolstanton Kindergarten and show you the special environment we have created for children to learn, grow and thrive.”
